GET IN CHECKLIST

Confirm Access Time for all days & Give L&U Door Code to lead contact of VC Only. This must not be shared.

FIRE SAFETY

Show where fire extinguishers are and explain what to do in the event of fire.

TECH BOX

1) Explain how to power on (and show VC how to do this) - The VC Must power off each day. 2) No cables must be unpatched in the tech box without prior approval 3) Have they got a memory stick? They must use their own formatted memory stick to save the show once it's programmed.

GET IN DETAILS

1) Set - must come through back door through garden 2) We only permit scotch magic tape & a small amount of LX tape to be used for spiking the floor. Nothing else can be used (this includes gaffer tape & blu tac anywhere in the theatre 3) We do not allow any furniture to be used from the theatre / pub - this all needs to be sourced by the VC. ON GET OUT: 1) The Lighting must be reinstated according to the tech box or some other written agreed configuration. This can only be signed off by David. 2) Tech must be reinstated and the desk cleared on Get Out 3) SEATING - must be reinstated to thrust configuration on Get Out Unless otherwise advised. The decision to move the seating CANNOT be made at get in.

CLEANING:

1) Explain where cleaning materials are 2) Explain where bin bags are 3) Explain where bins are & that rubbish must be taken out at a minimum of every two days 4) Explain the floor must be hoovered and mopped at get out BEFORE the VC can leave. REQUIRED STANDARD: - Theatre must be left clean and tidy at all times - The Floor must be swept or hoovered as required - The bathroom & dressing rooms must be left tidy - No hot or open food to be left out in the theatre at any time, especially not overnight . = Any spillages must be cleared up.
